HandyDob6 Quality Notice: Missing Insert in Ground Board Component (Specific Batch)

Fortunately, all customers who have responded to us so far have confirmed that their units are in proper condition, and no missing inserts have been identified.

If you purchased your HandyDob6 from the affected production period and have not yet contacted us, we kindly ask that you send us a confirmation email after checking your unit. This will help us ensure that all products are functioning properly.

Important Note for Customers Who Purchased via Amazon (Feb 13–16 Amazon US Orders)

We recently conducted an internal quality inspection and identified that a small number of HandyDob6 units from a specific production batch may have been shipped with a missing insert in the ground board component (the part that also functions as the case and connects the horizontal bearing).

Please note that this issue does not affect all units. Only a limited number from a specific batch may be impacted.

Based on our internal batch tracking, this issue may only affect customers who purchased the HandyDob6 through Amazon US between February 13 and February 16. Units purchased outside of this period are unlikely to be affected.

We have carefully reviewed the relevant production batch; however, due to Amazon’s communication policies, it can be difficult for us to contact all customers directly by email. For this reason, we are sharing this notice publicly to ensure that any potentially affected customers are able to reach us.

As part of our commitment to quality and customer support, we are confirming individual units with customers whenever possible. If your HandyDob6 has already been checked and confirmed to be in proper condition, no further action is required.

If your unit happens to be affected, we will promptly provide a corrected replacement part at no cost and ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
